You didn't lose yourself all at once.
This weekend, you find the way back.
"You adapted. Survived. Performed. And somewhere in all of that — the real you went quiet."
Return to Self is a three-day immersive experience designed to find that quiet place and bring it back online.
Not through more doing. Through undoing. Through breath, movement, stillness, truth, and the kind of deep group work that changes what you carry when you leave.
We work with birth imprints and family patterning. We move the body to release what the mind can't process. We clear the field. We sit under the stars. We work with soul purpose — not as a concept, but as a felt experience.
By Sunday you know what you came here to remember.
A breathtaking European-style private manor on NorCal land — sweeping terraces, manicured gardens, a resort pool with natural grotto, fire pit, outdoor dining under vines, and acres of ancient oak. The property is part of the medicine.

Each facilitator brings a distinct thread. Together they hold the full spectrum of what this weekend requires.
Emily is a multidimensional healer, educator, and energetic architect whose work bridges neuroscience, consciousness, and the art of energetic hygiene. With over a decade in trauma resolution, spiritual mentorship, and nervous system regulation, she brings precision and compassion to every room she holds.
Her background in Rapid Resolution Therapy®, ESI Wisdom®, Kundalini, and neuroscience allows her to translate profound energetic experiences into grounded, embodied understanding — ensuring that activation is not only potent, but integrated and sustainable within the human nervous system.
Amber is the creator of Cielo Well-being — a transformational body of work devoted to healing, embodiment, and human potential. With over 20 years in personal development and more than a decade immersed in breathwork and holistic healing, her path bridges grounded leadership with profound inner transformation.
She guides participants in releasing inherited patterns, emotional wounds, and limiting narratives through Rebirth Breathwork, medicine journeys, movement, and immersive retreat work. A licensed private pilot, Amber understands that transformation — like flying — requires presence, trust, and the courage to navigate beyond the familiar.
Sonia is not here to teach or fix. She is here to be real — and in that realness, something in others tends to shift. She helps people come back to themselves: not by effort, but by presence.
In the space she holds, hidden patterns surface naturally, clarity arises quickly, and what is already true becomes visible. A catalyst rooted in stillness, Sonia brings things to the surface not by force but by being genuinely, fully herself. Her offering is simple: a space where people can see clearly, release what is not true, and return to the living truth within.

The schedule is intentional but living — timing may flex to honour what's moving in the room. The arc won't change: open, descend, return.
